Director

The Director is the main civil-servant in the municipality. He holds authority over all the other employees.

Under the Council's supervision, the Director is responsible for the City's administration. He guides, coordinates and controls programs and decisions implemented by the Council; always relating back to the City's rules and regulations. As First Civil-Servant, the Director is in charge of the budget, the upgrading program, the plans and the different projects underway. He ensures that everything in the institution is rolling smoothly.
